Bay golf industry for the past ten years,
having spent time as an
Assistant Golf
Professional at San Geronimo Golf Course from late 1999 to early 2004, then moving to StoneTree Golf Club in Novato from late 2004 to mid 2008. He passed the PGA of America’s PAT (Playing Ability Test) in
May 2008, and since November 2008 has been one of the PGA Apprentices / Teaching Professionals at McInnis Park Golf Academy in San Rafael.
Rick brings his love of the game of golf to his teaching style, and believes that a good instructor should work together with his/her students to identify the unique keys, which allow them to learn most effectively. “I’m not a big believer in the "one style fits all" golf instruction,” Rick says. “My job is to adapt to each students style of learning, and find a way to get my message across in a way that works best for them."
